On May 4th, ABEMA aired a special live broadcast of "Demon Slayer TV -Hashira Training Arc Pre-Broadcast SP," and the official report has arrived. The show featured live appearances by Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro Kamado), Akari Kito (Nezuko Kamado), Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu Agatsuma), and Kengo Kawanishi (Muichiro Tokito), who shared their enthusiasm for the upcoming "Hashira Training Arc." In line with the theme of the "Hashira Training Arc," it was announced that Hiro Shimono and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Inosuke Hashibira) will undergo a ritual waterfall training.

The live broadcast started with high energy, surrounded by many fans. The discussion opened with the imminent premiere of the new "Hashira Training Arc," where Hanae talked about his impressions: "The 'Hashira Training Arc,' as the name suggests, involves training. From reading the original, I've always felt it contains crucial episodes. Through this, they'll face even mightier demons, though I can't reveal much more..." He emphasized the significance of the upcoming episodes and expressed his hope that fans would grow to love the Demon Slayer Corps even more.

Akari Kito, reflecting on Nezuko's development in the "Swordsmith Village Arc," said, "Please look forward to how the new sun-conquering Nezuko interacts with everyone." Shimono, overwhelmed with his love for Nezuko, exclaimed, "She's irresistible! Just absolutely adorable!" passionately promoting the charm of the new Nezuko.

Kawanishi spoke about Muichiro's rigorous training under the Hashira in the upcoming arc, "This time, the Demon Slayer members will be trained by the Hashira, and I plan to be quite Spartan about it!"

The program also featured a segment where the cast was challenged to undertake training. When Shimono rolled a die marked with a question mark, it landed on a command for "Shimono & Matsuoka to perform waterfall training." It was later revealed that all sides of the die were marked for the waterfall training, humorously planned by producer Takahashi of Aniplex, as it was actually Shimono and Matsuoka's eager wish to participate.

Hanae revealed, "Akari and I were also invited to join, but we politely declined. It sounds too cold..." To which Shimono retorted, "Why? It's not just because it's cold!"

In conclusion, Shimono expressed his resolve, "This waterfall training is something I've wanted to do for a long time. Along with Matsuoka, I hope it will help make the Hashira Training Arc enjoyable for many. We're going to give it our all!" Responding to Shimono, Hanae gestured energetically, "Unfortunately, I won't be participating in the waterfall training, but I plan to channel whatever Hiro and Yoshitsugu learn there into my voice acting!"
