The manga Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru! (There is Also a Hole in the Student Organization!, JP: 生徒会にも穴はある!) is officially getting a television anime adaptation. Alongside the announcement, a teaser visual, special promotional video (PV), and staff details were unveiled.

The anime will be directed by Naoyuki Tatsuwa, with character designs by Ryo Imamura. Masahiro Yokotani will be handling the series composition and script, while animation production is entrusted to Passione.

About Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru!

Currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine, Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru! is a student council-themed romantic comedy. It won first place in the Comics Division of the 2023 Next Manga Awards and has surpassed 1.6 million copies in circulation.

The story follows Ume Minezoe, a first-year student at Fujinasu Academy. While excelling in Japanese language classes, Ume struggles disastrously with science subjects to the point of jeopardizing promotion. To boost her internal evaluation score, she joins the student council, only to find herself surrounded by a cast of eccentric members: a beautiful but ruthless treasurer who cuts budgets without mercy, a ditsy publicity officer who is a boyish girl, and a petite, animal-like general affairs officer. Thus begins her chaotic daily life.
