The highly anticipated TV anime Dandadan Season 2 (MBS/TBS, airing every Thursday at 12:26 a.m.) will premiere on July 4, and the first promotional video (PV) has been released.

The newly unveiled PV showcases an eerie man in briefs claiming he has "finally obtained a body," alongside a terrifying creature with a wide-open mouth—first seen in the recently revealed key visual. These menacing beings launch ferocious attacks on Momo, Okarun, Jiji, and Turbo Granny.

The footage hints at the four characters being dragged underground. Is this the work of an enemy? What connection does it have to the talisman-filled room inside Jiji's house? Where are Okarun and Turbo Granny, who scream for help? Where are Momo and Jiji? The PV vividly captures the four friends caught in what appears to be a dire and perilous situation.

About Dandadan

Based on the popular manga serialized in Shonen Jump+ (Shueisha), Dandadan follows Momo Ayase, a high school girl born into a family of spiritual mediums, and her classmate Okarun, an occult enthusiast. Together, they confront a series of bizarre supernatural events, blending occult battles with youthful coming-of-age drama.

Thanks to its unique occult-themed battle fantasy, the series has captivated audiences, surpassing 10 million copies in circulation. The anime’s first season aired from October to December 2024.
