The Netflix Special Stage at AnimeJapan 2025 was held on March 22 at Tokyo Big Sight, where two brand-new stills from the anime BEASTARS Final Season were revealed. On stage were Legoshi, the main character, and his voice actor Chikahiro Kobayashi, who treated the audience to a special live voice performance.

The event featured appearances from Chikahiro Kobayashi, Chiaki Kobayashi, and Yu Kobayashi (voice actress). After watching the trailer for the final season, the character Legoshi made an entrance, drawing surprised reactions. Yuu Kobayashi expressed his hesitation, saying, “I wasn’t quite sure how to greet him,” while Chiaki Kobayashi was visibly stunned, exclaiming, “He’s huge!”

When prompted by MC Neki Matsuzawa to have Legoshi introduce himself and talk about the anime’s appeal, Chikahiro Kobayashi stepped behind the costumed character and performed a live dubbing. The surprise performance brought smiles to the audience.

Toward the end of the stage event, special guest My Melody appeared for a high-five, which thrilled Yu Kobayashi. “Wow! Amazing! It’s the real deal!” he exclaimed. When the MC teasingly reminded him, “That’s a bunny other than Haru-chan,” he paused, then reacted with a guilty expression, saying, “Ah... Haru-chan is a rabbit too…”

At the end of the event, “Thank you for coming.” He added, “From here on out, things are going to get even more intense. Once the streaming date is decided, we’ll be sure to share it with you right away. Please look forward to it!”
