Dr. Sherlock Ameku: A Medical Genius Like No Other

Kanna Hashimoto portrays the brilliant yet eccentric diagnostician Dr. Takao Ameku, known for unraveling complex medical mysteries and paranormal phenomena through her exceptional medical knowledge and sharp intuition. Dubbed the medical equivalent of Sherlock Holmes, Ameku dives fearlessly into cases that blur the boundaries between medical science and the supernatural.

"This is my first time playing a genius doctor," Hashimoto commented enthusiastically. "I'm a bit nervous about mastering complicated medical jargon and lengthy dialogues, but mostly I'm excited to bring this unique character to life."

Kanna Hashimoto and Shohei Miura Team Up Again

Joining Hashimoto is actor Shohei Miura ("Zettai Reido"), reuniting with her since their collaboration in "Medical Team Lady da Vinci's Diagnosis." Miura portrays Dr. Yu Takanashi, an empathetic physician who complements Ameku’s scientific genius with his emotional intelligence. Audiences can look forward to the dynamic duo’s intriguing interplay and contrasting personalities.

Experienced Production Team Ensures Quality

Directing the drama is Hisashi Kimura ("TRICK," "Divorce-less Man"), with a script penned by Hideya Hamada ("Ichikei no Karasu," "Blue Moment"), promising a compelling narrative that merges intense medical drama with gripping mystery and emotional depth.

Author Mikito Chinen:
"I'm thrilled to see Hashimoto and Miura bring my characters to life. As both the creator and a viewer, I eagerly anticipate their performances."
