A Fierce Battle in Alaska

The episode captures the Archangel's desperate struggle against the ZAFT forces in Alaska. The Earth Alliance, having diverted its main troops to defend Panama, finds itself outmatched. Meanwhile, Mwu La Flaga learns of a shocking truth: the Alaska base has been intentionally abandoned as part of a top-secret military strategy. Piloting a surviving fighter, Mwu heads back to the Archangel to deliver the devastating news.

ZAFT dominates the battlefield, pushing the Archangel to the brink of defeat. Upon docking with the Archangel, Mwu reveals the Alliance’s grim plan: to lure ZAFT into the base and annihilate both sides using the Cyclops System, a superweapon buried deep within the facility.
