Kalafina Reunites for First Live Concert in 7 Years: "Anniversary LIVE 2025" Announced
The three-member vocal unit Kalafina, which disbanded in March 2019, officially announced their reunion on October 3. The group will hold "Kalafina Anniversary LIVE 2025" at the Tokyo Garden Theater on January 15, 2025. This will be their first solo concert in seven years.

In a joint statement on their official websites, members Keiko, Hikaru, and Wakana commented: "We are excited to announce that we will be holding the 'Kalafina Anniversary LIVE 2025.' During our solo activities, we deeply appreciated the love you all have continued to show for Kalafina, which inspired us to sing together again. We look forward to seeing you at the venue!"
Kalafina was formed in 2008 as a project to provide theme songs for the animated film series Kara no Kyoukai (The Garden of Sinners), produced by Yuki Kajiura. After Kajiura left in February 2018 to pursue independent projects, Kalafina officially disbanded in March 2019. The official site explained at the time: "After Yuki Kajiura fulfilled her contract in February 2018, some of the members also left the company, and the group effectively ceased activities. While we explored various possibilities, including a potential revival of Kalafina, it has been determined that resuming activities as Kalafina would be difficult, and we have decided to officially announce the disbandment."
