It has been officially announced that the second season of the TV anime 'Spice and Wolf MERCHANT MEETS THE WISE WOLF' will be produced, along with the release of a new visual.

Lawrence and Holo have concluded their adventures through the first chapter "The Beginning of a New Journey," the second chapter "The Shepherd Girl," the third chapter "Duel with a Young Fish Merchant," and the fourth chapter "Legends of the Pagan Gods." The anime, which began airing in April 2024, has now been confirmed for a second season.

The anime is based on the light novel series of the same name, which celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2021. Set in a medieval European-style world without swords or magic, it unfolds as an economic fantasy.

The first season of the anime aired in 2008, followed by the second season in 2009. After a 15-year gap, the completely new series began airing in April 2024.
