It has been announced that the manga Ruri no Hōseki will be adapted into a TV anime in 2025.

The original manga, authored by Keiichiro Shibuya, has been serialized in Harta (KADOKAWA) since 2019. The official website and X (formerly Twitter) have launched today in a pre-opening phase.

More details will be revealed at Aniplex Online Fest 2024 on the 16th.

Synopsis:

Ruri, a high school girl with a passion for gemstones and accessories, embarks on adventures into mountains, rivers, and caves to collect minerals. From quartz, garnet, pyrite, and gold dust to fluorite, the series introduces a wide array of minerals. The collection scenes are rich in scientific accuracy, featuring specialized tools like pans, hammers, and geological maps, making this manga a thrilling science adventure based on the author's deep knowledge of mineralogy.
