The results of the survey for the "most rewatchable iconic scenes" from the TV anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" have been announced. The survey was conducted on the official website starting in February, in preparation for the broadcast. The "most rewatchable iconic scenes" survey received many responses from fans and viewers, and based on these, the results were announced in three themes: "Heart-touching Quotes," "Powerful Battle Scenes," and "Humorous Scenes that Make You Laugh."

Speaking of Aura, the anime scene where Frieren commands her with the magical effect (a magic of obedience called "Azerlith") to "commit suicide" became a significant talking point for its shocking portrayal of self-harm. Despite appearing in only a few episodes, Aura left a strong impact and boasts immense popularity online. In a recent popular character poll for the original manga, Aura unexpectedly ranked second, surprising fans, but also secured the first place in the anime version's battle scene survey, showcasing her popularity.

The series is based on the manga of the same name serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" since April 2020 and is a "post-adventure fantasy" depicting what happens after a hero's party defeats the Demon King. The story follows the elf magician Frieren as she embarks on new adventures with new companions in a world after the hero's death.

With a novel timeline set "after the defeat of the Demon King," the series captures readers with its heart-stirring drama and quotes, battles with magic and swords, and humor that makes you laugh, weaving a story with its characters. It is a popular work that won the grand prize at the "Manga Taisho 2021" and whose comics have surpassed a total of 20 million copies. The TV anime was broadcasted from September 2023 to March 2024.
