The additional cast for the anime The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten 2 has been announced, with Marika Kono taking on the role of Ayaka Kido.

In addition, a "Amane-kun Counter" video was unveiled today during the The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten 2 Special Stage at AnimeJapan. This video compiles every instance where the series' heroine, Mahiru Shiina, says "Amane-kun" throughout the first season, revealing a grand total of 180 times.

The story follows Amane Fujimiya, a first-year high school student who begins living alone after starting school. Living in the apartment next to his is the school’s most beautiful girl, Mahiru Shiina. Though they initially had no connection, a mysterious bond begins to form after Amane lends her his umbrella when she is caught in a downpour.

Unable to stand idly by as Amane lives a self-indulgent lifestyle, Mahiru begins to look after him by cooking meals and cleaning his room. The series depicts the slow, steady progression of two neighbors as they begin to open their hearts to one another. The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2023, and Season 2 is set to premiere on April 3.
