The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Season 2 has officially been scheduled to premiere on April 3, 2026, marking the long awaited return of the popular romantic comedy anime. The new season will air from 10:30 PM JST on TOKYO MX and other networks, and a new key visual has also been revealed alongside the announcement.

The series follows first year high school student Amane Fujimiya, who has recently started living alone after advancing to high school. Living next door to him in the same apartment building is Mahiru Shiina, the most beautiful girl at school. Although the two had little interaction at first, their relationship begins to change after Amane lends Mahiru his umbrella when he finds her soaked from the rain.

Seeing Amane struggle with his careless and unhealthy lifestyle, Mahiru gradually begins to look after him by cooking meals, cleaning his apartment, and supporting him in various ways. As neighbors living side by side, the two slowly and gently grow closer, forming a heartfelt and intimate bond over time.

The first season of the television anime aired from January to March 2023, earning strong support from fans for its warm atmosphere and delicate portrayal of everyday romance.
