The TV anime "Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister" will air on TV Tokyo and BS NTV starting in October with a total of 24 episodes. Along with this announcement, the key visual has been released, and it has been revealed that Nana Mizuki (as Mahiru Anekoji) and Chika Anzai (as Shirahi Tsuruyama) will join the cast.

The anime is based on the manga of the same name, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" since April 2021. It is a romantic comedy featuring a male protagonist who is a high school student preparing for university entrance exams, and three shrine maiden sisters. The series' cumulative comic sales have surpassed 1.3 million copies.

The story follows Uryu Kamihate, a high school student aiming for Kyoto University's medical school, who is taken in by the head priest of "Amagami Shrine" due to his upbringing in a child care facility. He becomes a lodger under the condition that he will "inherit the shrine as a son-in-law," with the marriage candidates being the three beautiful shrine maiden sisters Yae, Yuna, and Asahi, with whom he suddenly starts living together. This sets off a "slightly mysterious love and miracle story."
