The story and preview images for Episode 3 of the TV anime In the Clear Moonlit Dusk (JP: うるわしの宵の月) have been revealed. This episode will air on Sunday, January 25 at 4:30 PM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Episode 3 Story

As her trial dating arrangement with Kohaku begins, Yoi finds herself confused yet determined to face her first experience with romance in her own way. Encouraged by her close friends Nobara and Kotobuki, Yoi sits down with Kohaku to discuss what comes next.

What Yoi presents, however, is something no one would expect in the usual rules of romance: a formal contract. While Kohaku is initially taken aback, he accepts the conditions with the remark that an ordinary beginning would be boring. Thus begins a turbulent relationship between two “princes,” one female and one male.

As Yoi discovers new sides of Kohaku that stir her emotions, a lingering doubt continues to circle her mind: just how serious is he about this relationship?

Introduction

Yoi Takiguchi, a first-year high school student, is someone everyone admires. With a well-balanced appearance and a straightforward heart, “rather than a princess, a hero or a prince suits her better” — that is what both she herself and those around her have always thought.
