The story centers on Yoi Takiguchi, a high school girl admired as a “prince” for her striking looks and composed demeanor, and Kohaku Ichimura, an upperclassman who is similarly referred to as a “prince.” The series portrays a straightforward yet awkward youth romance that unfolds between the two. In the newly revealed key visual, Kohaku and Yoi are depicted gazing at each other in a corner of a classroom, with soft sunlight streaming in and delicately capturing the subtle sway of their emotions.

In addition, Kensho Ono has been cast as Takuto Oji, while Kenjiro Tsuda will voice Yoi’s father. Ono commented, “The expressions, movements, and overall atmosphere of the characters are incredibly delicate, and the more you read, the more you want to know what happens next. That is the charm of this work.” He also shared his enthusiasm for the role, saying, “Oji is the third ‘prince’ in this story. I hope to convey his gentle and refreshing appeal through my performance.”

Tsuda, who plays Yoi’s father, praised the depth of the series, stating, “Beyond romance and friendship, the story carefully depicts the pain and uncertainty of growth. Its human drama has a depth that resonates even with adults.” He added that he aims to portray a realistic and kind father figure who serves as a reassuring support for Yoi.
