Episode 47 of You and Idol Pretty Cure (Kimi to Idol Prett Cure, キミとアイドルプリキュア♪), the 22nd installment in the Pretty Cure anime series, has released its story preview and early scene stills. This Episode will air on Sunday, January 11, at 8:30 AM on Japanese TV, followed by international streaming on various platforms.

Episode 47 Story

Black petals swirl through the streets, filling Uta and the others with unease. Hoping to uncover the truth, Uta asks Cutty and Zackly about Darkine’s true objective. However, even they are unsure. They reveal that when they recently went to see Chokkirinu, the Team Chokkiri hideout had already been completely abandoned.

Uta then visits Kazuma Tōya, but he too does not know why Darkine wants to plunge the world into total darkness. As anxiety spreads among the people of Hanamichi Town, Uta makes a bold declaration:

“Now is exactly the time for Idol Pretty Cure to hold a live performance.”

About You and Idol Pretty Cure

The theme of You and Idol Pretty Cure revolves around idols. With the belief that "Because you're here, I can shine and become stronger!", the Pretty Cure idols sing, dance, and engage with fans, using their performances to restore Kirakira to those who have lost it.

The story follows Uta Sakura, a second-year middle school student who loves to sing. One day, she meets Purirun, a fairy searching for the Idol Pretty Cure, the legendary savior of Kirakiland. Kirakiland has been plunged into darkness by Darkine, the leader of the Chokkiri Gang.

As the Chokkiri Gang begins stealing the Kirakira from townspeople, a desperate Uta declares, "I want to bring back the Kirakkiranran feeling! With my song!" Her determination resonates, and she transforms into the legendary Cure Idol.
