Thank you for your continued support of STU48.
We have an important request regarding the protection of the image rights and publicity rights of members currently active in STU48 (including members belonging to STU Co., Ltd. and members belonging to other agencies).
Recently, we have observed instances on social media platforms where unauthorized photos and videos of members are posted, and AI-generated images and videos mimicking members' appearances are uploaded.
These actions, regardless of whether photography occurred, constitute a severe infringement of the members' portrait rights and publicity rights. As the management office, we cannot overlook this situation.
Moving forward, we will take a strict stance against such unauthorized uploads. Regarding members belonging to other agencies, we will coordinate with their respective agencies to address the situation.
We request the immediate removal of any unauthorized photos or videos, as well as AI-generated content modeled after members, that have already been uploaded.
If removal cannot be confirmed, or if malicious editing or generation is observed, we will consider taking legal action after identifying the poster through procedures such as requesting disclosure of the poster's information.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to protect an environment where all participating members can focus on their activities with peace of mind and where fans can enjoy themselves in a healthy manner.
