According to the official ONE PIECE X account, the shop, which opened on December 5 on the 4th floor of Shinjuku Marui Main Building, caused inconvenience to visitors due to major errors in capacity planning and on-site handling.

In an announcement, the management stated that despite the shop's opening, serious operational misjudgment and inadequate preparation resulted in many customers being affected. They issued a formal apology and explained that, given the circumstances, it would be difficult to ensure satisfactory operations for all visitors starting the following day. As a result, merchandise sales have been suspended for the time being, and new reservations and re-reservations have also been halted.
