The second part of the liner notes for the opening theme song "Fatale" of the TV anime "Oshi no Ko" Season 2 (premiering on July 3) has been released on the official website of the artist GEMN.

GEMN, announced as the artist for the opening theme of the TV anime "Oshi no Ko" Season 2, launched their official website simultaneously with the announcement. The website features multiple countdowns, and for two consecutive weeks, liner notes believed to be written by GEMN members have been published. Three more countdowns remain.
"Oshi no Ko," which began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump in April 2020, is a story set in the entertainment industry. The protagonist, Goro, a gynecologist, meets his favorite idol, Ai Hoshino, but dies in an incident. He is reincarnated as Ai’s child, leading him to pursue a career in the entertainment industry alongside her.
The original manga, written by Aka Akasaka, known for the popular manga "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War," won first place in the "Next Manga Awards 2021" comics category.
The series features characters from various entertainment industry roles, including idols, actors, directors, and producers, depicting the industry's world realistically. The TV anime aired from April to June 2023 and gained immense popularity.
The opening theme song "Idol" by YOASOBI topped the latest "Oricon Weekly Digital Single (Single Song) Ranking" and "Oricon Weekly Streaming Ranking" announced on June 28, with a weekly play count of 26,011,303. It achieved over 20 million weekly plays for 10 consecutive weeks, making history as a social phenomenon. Additionally, a live-action adaptation is set for release this winter, with a drama series to be exclusively streamed worldwide on Amazon Prime Video and a movie to be distributed by Toei.
The second season of the anime, airing in July, will cover the "Tokyo Blade" arc, featuring characters Aqua, Kana Arima, and Akane Kurokawa, who are set to perform in the 2.5-dimensional stage play "Tokyo Blade."
