From “Hyakka Ryoran” to “In Bloom”
“Hyakka Ryoran” is a pop tune that reflects the lavish atmosphere of the inner palace and the mysteries that arise within it, unfolding through a variety of musical developments. The song has now been released as “In Bloom,” Lilas Ikuta’s first English language version track.
While preserving the sound and meaning of the original Japanese lyrics, the English version incorporates a rhythm unique to the language, resulting in a sound that carries a new and distinct charm.
A Music Video That Looks Back on the Story
As the story reached a dramatic climax toward its conclusion, the newly released music video offers a chance to reflect on the relationships between Maomao, Jinshi, as well as Shisui and Xiaolan. The video highlights the many characters who bloom within the world of the story, making it a compelling visual companion now that the broadcast has ended.
