A total of 212 characters from the original “DRAGON BALL” manga are eligible. Fans around the world may vote once per day through the special website during the voting period.
The poll is held across four survival-style stages. As the stages progress, the list of eligible characters is gradually narrowed down. After each stage ends, a revival vote is held on X, allowing one eliminated character to return for the next stage.
Final rankings will be announced on January 24, 2026 at noon during a special program streamed on the official Dragon Ball YouTube channel.
“DRAGON BALL,” serialized for roughly ten and a half years beginning in 1984 in Weekly Shonen Jump, remains one of Japan’s most iconic manga series. With over 260 million copies of the comics sold worldwide and continued popularity through anime, films, and games, the franchise maintains a strong global fanbase even decades after the original serialization concluded.
