The manga SHY has come to an end with its final chapter (No. 293) published in the 49th issue of Weekly Shonen Champion, released on November 6. The series, which began serialization in 2019, closes a six-year history. The concluding chapter spans 29 pages and features a center color illustration.

Set in the mid-21st century, the story follows a timid young girl who becomes Japan’s representative hero in a world where superpowered individuals, known as “Heroes,” have emerged to preserve global peace after the end of all wars. Despite her extreme shyness, this heroine—aptly named Shy—overcomes her insecurities and grows through battles alongside her comrades.
