The story and preview images for Episode 4 of the TV anime A Mangaka’s Weirdly Wonderful Workplace (JP: 笑顔のたえない職場です。) have been revealed. This episode will air on Friday, October 24 at 1:28 AM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Episode 4 Story

Nana Futami has fallen into the “pre-release blues” that many manga artists experience right before a new volume hits the shelves. Even as she holds the freshly printed copies in her hands, it still doesn’t feel real. To help ease her nerves, she’s accompanied by her capable sales rep, Kaede Sato, on a round of bookstore visits. But what will Futami see there that changes her mood? Meanwhile, Sato (who seems to have something important to say) finally decides to speak up.
