The story and preview images for Episode 16 of the TV anime Let This Grieving Soul Retire! (JP: 嘆きの亡霊は引退したい, Nageki no Borei ha Intaishitai) have been revealed. This episode will air on Monday, October 20 at 11:30 PM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Episode 16 Story

On their journey to the hot springs for a relaxing vacation, Krai and his companions aim for peace and quiet. When Krai sees Tino being pushed too hard by Liz during training, he issues a strict “no training allowed” order.

No fighting during their vacation—that was Krai’s rule. Following his lead, Liz and the others decide to ignore every major incident that happens along the way. From a lightning spirit attacking a city to hordes of orcs appearing on the main road, all the disasters they overlook end up striking Arnold and his group, who are traveling right behind them.
