'Baki' Yujiro Hanma Figure Sold for 3.85 Million Yen: Intricately Detailed Muscles in Split Stance

To commemorate the 'Baki' manga series surpassing 100 million copies in circulation, U-TREASURE has started accepting reservations for a premium figure of Yujiro Hanma from the anime 'Baki Hanma.' The K18 yellow gold version is limited to 30 units, and the silver 925 version is limited to 100 units.

This figure, depicting Yujiro Hanma in a split stance as shown in episode 2 of the anime "Baki: Most Evil Death Row Convicts Saga," is crafted by skilled jewelry artisans, capturing intricate details from his facial expression to his toes and muscle definition. The K18 yellow gold version features a handwritten signature by creator Keisuke Itagaki on the back panel and is priced at 3.85 million yen, while the silver 925 version is priced at 385,000 yen. Samples are on display at the U-TREASURE Concept Store in Ikebukuro.

Serialized in 'Weekly Shonen Champion' (Akita Shoten) since 1991, the 'Baki' series is a popular martial arts manga centered around the intense battles of protagonist Baki Hanma, the youngest champion of the underground arena, and his father Yujiro Hanma, known as the "Strongest Creature on Earth." Their epic father-son battle concluded with a mutual victory, temporarily settling their long-standing feud. The sixth part of the series, 'Baki Rahen,' is currently ongoing, featuring the return of many classic characters.
