In a heartfelt post, the 36-year-old expressed his gratitude to fans for their continued support, stating that their encouragement has allowed him to continue dedicating himself to his craft as an actor.

A Career of Prominent Roles
Born on December 6 in Miyagi Prefecture and blood type A, Shimazaki won the Best New Actor Award at the 7th Seiyu Awards in 2013. He has since become a prominent figure in the voice acting world, recognized for his performances as Haruka Nanase in Free!, Hyuse in World Trigger, Ritsuka Fujimaru in Fate/Grand Order, and Mahito in Jujutsu Kaisen.
Shimazaki announced his marriage to a non-celebrity woman on January 1, 2023.
