In Episode 9, a fierce battle erupts between the desperate villagers pursuing Sieglinde Sullivan and the loyal servants of the Phantomhive household. Amid the chaos, Ciel Phantomhive entrusts Sullivan to Finnian and issues a critical order.

This new season brings together a distinguished creative team. Directing is Kenjiro Okada, known for his delicate visual storytelling in March Comes in Like a Lion. The series composition is handled by Hiroyuki Yoshino, who has worked on Black Butler since its first installment. Character design is by Yumi Shimizu, who previously served as chief animation director for Horimiya. The music is composed by Ryo Kawasaki, known for his work on Fate/Grand Order - Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia. Animation production is handled by CloverWorks, the studio behind Horimiya and SPY×FAMILY.
