A new preview for Black Butler: Emerald Witch Arc premiered at AnimeJapan 2025, offering a glimpse into the chilling mystery that awaits Ciel and Sebastian. The series begins airing on April 5, and fans in Japan can look forward to exclusive sticker giveaways at select Animate locations on the same day.

On April 5, the day of the anime's broadcast, original limited-edition stickers will be distributed at select Animate stores across Japan. Participating locations include Animate Sendai, Animate Sapporo, Animate Shibuya, Animate Nagoya, Animate Tennoji, Animate Fukuoka PARCO, Animate Hiroshima, Animate Yokohama Vivre, and Animate Osaka Nipponbashi. Additionally, Animate Ikebukuro Main Store will host a special giveaway event starting at 1:00 PM.

Black Butler: Emerald Witch Arc marks the seventh installment in the globally beloved Black Butler anime franchise, which has sold over 36 million copies worldwide. Known for its intricately drawn world and captivating characters, the series continues to enchant fans across the globe.

This new season brings together a distinguished creative team. Directing is Kenjiro Okada, known for his delicate visual storytelling in March Comes in Like a Lion. The series composition is handled by Hiroyuki Yoshino, who has worked on Black Butler since its first installment. Character design is by Yumi Shimizu, who previously served as chief animation director for Horimiya. The music is composed by Ryo Kawasaki, known for his work on Fate/Grand Order - Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia. Animation production is handled by CloverWorks, the studio behind Horimiya and SPY×FAMILY.
