On the 25th, the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2025 took place at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa’s Hiten Hall in Tokyo. Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc was honored with the Best Continuing Series award, and voice actress Kana Hanazawa, who plays Mitsuri Kanroji, took the stage to represent the series and speak with the press.

Hanazawa appeared in a long dress made of elegant velour, accented with sparkling embellishments around the chest. When asked about the show's international reception, she smiled and said, “When we did the World Tour screenings, I had the opportunity to meet overseas fans directly. Their passion and energy were overwhelming, and I truly felt their support.”

Recalling her experience during the recording sessions, she said with a chuckle, “At the start, all the Hashira gathered at the mansion, so the mood was quite friendly and relaxed. Since most of the cast are veterans, I remember us chatting about things like aches and pains and other health-related topics—it was a lively and humorous atmosphere.”

In closing, Hanazawa expressed her gratitude to fans: “Thank you so much for your continued support. Demon Slayer is heading into its final battle with the Infinity Castle Arc. The production team is working incredibly hard, so I hope you’ll visit the theaters and experience it on the big screen.”
