Pokemon Sleep-Inspired Recipes Now Available: Real-World Dishes Like Butter Curry and Mimosa Salad Revealed
A set of four real-world recipes inspired by in-game dishes from the popular sleep game app Pokemon Sleep has been released under the title “Sleep Support Recipes.” These dishes include Butter Curry, Corn Stew, Mimosa Salad, and Yogurt Salad—meals designed to be both nutritious and sleep-friendly.
Real-life “Sleep Support Recipes” inspired by Pokemon Sleep dishes
The recipes were developed as part of a collaborative project between Pokemon Sleep, Tsukuba University, and asken Inc., the company behind the AI-based diet management app Asken. The initiative was based on large-scale research conducted on the relationship between nutrients and sleep quality.
Supervised by registered dietitians from Asken, the recipes incorporate nutrients identified in the study as beneficial to sleep. Each meal is carefully crafted to align with nutritional data while reflecting the charm and creativity of Pokemon Sleep’s in-game cuisine.
Sleep-Support Recipe Lineup:
Butter Curry
A high-energy dish modeled after the in-game “Ultimate Sleepy Butter Curry.” Packed with carbs to help recharge your body.
Corn Stew
Based on the “Flexible Corn Stew” from the app. Includes half a day’s worth of vegetables in one serving.
Mimosa Salad
Inspired by “Flower Blizzard Mimosa Salad.” Rich in dietary fiber to support digestion and overall wellness.
Yogurt Salad
A protein-boosted dish influenced by “Apple Yogurt Salad.” Features yogurt and fruits for a light, refreshing balance.
In celebration, Pokemon Sleep is also running its Spring Fest 2025 in-game event. The four real-world recipes are being introduced in-game as new dishes, along with appearances by Chansey, Happiny, and Blissey, creating a crossover experience for fans both in and out of the app.
