Episode 5 Story

Unable to forget Hajime Kudou's words—"I killed Reiko Kujirai"—Reiko Kujirai seeks to uncover the past and identity of "Kujirai B." Meanwhile, Yaomay grows increasingly frustrated with Reiko's actions.

At that time, an old movie titled The Butterfly Dream is being revived at a theater in Kowloon.

Captivated by the beauty of the film's leading actress, Reiko becomes excited, but Yaomay, showing an unusual expression, distances herself.

Confronted with memories of her own past, Yaomay begins to lose sight of her present self.

Although Reiko, who has no past of her own, cannot fully understand Yaomay's feelings of having her life stolen, she nevertheless rushes to Yaomay's side.

Series Synopsis

Reiko Kujirai, who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgia-filled Kowloon Walled City, finds herself drawn to her senior coworker, Hajime Kudou. After realizing her feelings, she discovers an old photo revealing that Kudou once had a fiancée—who looked exactly like her.

Set in a mysteriously beautiful city, the story unfolds with hidden emotions turning into silent wishes, eventually leading to a shocking truth. As the past, present, and future intertwine, love begins to unravel the secrets hidden in Kowloon.
