The preview images and story summary for Episode 4 of the TV anime Kowloon Generic Romance have been released. The episode is set to premiere on April 26 (Sat) at 11:00 p.m. JST on the TV Tokyo network, followed by a global streaming release.

Episode 4 Story

Miyuki Hebinuma—president of Hebinuma Pharmaceuticals and director of Hebinuma General Medical—has become a well-known figure in Hong Kong. Together with Tao Gwen, she roams Kowloon in disguise, investigating the mysterious atmosphere surrounding the current version of Kowloon and the presence of Reiko Kujirai. As their suspicions grow, they begin to take interest in Hajime Kudou, who is often seen around Reiko.

Meanwhile, Reiko enjoys a moving-in party for Xiaohei with Kudou and Yaomay. That night, while smoking on the rooftop, Kudou asks Reiko why the floating Generic Terra in the sky glows so brightly.

Series Synopsis

Reiko Kujirai, who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgia-filled Kowloon Walled City, finds herself drawn to her senior coworker, Hajime Kudou. After realizing her feelings, she discovers an old photo revealing that Kudou once had a fiancée—who looked exactly like her.

Set in a mysteriously beautiful city, the story unfolds with hidden emotions turning into silent wishes, eventually leading to a shocking truth. As the past, present, and future intertwine, love begins to unravel the secrets hidden in Kowloon.
