Episode 3 Story

After delivering a goldfish bowl that Reiko had purchased, Hajime Kudou finds himself struck by a familiar feeling in her apartment—it reminds him of a former lover. Kudou continues to search for Tao Gwen, a staff member of the now-vanished Goldfish Teahouse, but there are no signs of her anywhere.

Meanwhile, a mysterious masked man roams the streets of Kowloon and eventually makes contact with Reiko. From him, she learns that another version of herself—“Kujirai B”—once existed in the past. Troubled by the idea that even her personal quirks and feelings of love might have been inherited from this other self, Reiko begins to question the very essence of who she is.

Series Synopsis

Reiko Kujirai, who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgia-filled Kowloon Walled City, finds herself drawn to her senior coworker, Hajime Kudou. After realizing her feelings, she discovers an old photo revealing that Kudou once had a fiancée—who looked exactly like her.

Set in a mysteriously beautiful city, the story unfolds with hidden emotions turning into silent wishes, eventually leading to a shocking truth. As the past, present, and future intertwine, love begins to unravel the secrets hidden in Kowloon.
