The story and preview images for Episode 4 of From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman (JP: 片田舎のおっさん、剣聖になる, Katainaka no Ossan, Kensei ni Naru) have been released. This episode is scheduled to air in Japan on the TV Asahi network group starting April 26 at 11:30 PM (JST). Outside of Japan, the series will be available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.

“The Old Country Bumpkin Flies Through the Sky with a Monster”

The anime is based on the light novel written by Shigeru Sagazaki and illustrated by Tetsuhiro Nabeshima. Along with the manga adaptation by Kazuki Sato, the series has surpassed a total of 7 million copies in circulation.
