As part of a new project connected to the anime The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, a brand-new visual has been unveiled under the alternate title The Little Devil Next Door Spoils Me Rotten. This playful spin-off continues the tradition of the April Fools’ project launched on April 1, 2022, and features a clever twist—the teaser visual from Season 2 has been mirrored to portray Mahiru Shiina in her mischievous “little devil” persona.

In addition to the new visual, a video featuring the voice of the mischievous Mahiru, played by Manaka Iwami, has been released for the first time. This marks the first time fans can hear Mahiru in her “little devil” version, adding a fresh and playful take on the beloved character. The clip also confirms that production on Season 2 of the anime is currently underway.

The original anime follows first-year high school student Amane Fujimiya, who lives alone after starting high school. Living next door to him in the same apartment building is Mahiru Shiina, the most beautiful girl at school. Although they had never interacted before, their relationship begins when Amane lends Mahiru an umbrella on a rainy day.

Seeing Amane’s sloppy and unhealthy lifestyle, Mahiru begins cooking for him, cleaning his apartment, and generally taking care of him. As neighbors, the two gradually and gently grow closer to each other. The TV anime originally aired from January to March 2023.
