The second season of the TV anime Ao no Orchestra (JP: 青のオーケストラ) has been confirmed to air in Fall 2025 with a total of 21 episodes. Along with the announcement, a teaser visual has been unveiled.

Based on the manga by Makoto Akui, the anime’s first season aired in 2023 on Japan’s public broadcaster NHK. The story follows Hajime Aono, a former violin prodigy, as he joins his high school’s orchestra club, forming bonds with his peers and growing through music.

Season 2 will pick up after the club’s regular concert and the graduation of senior members, depicting how Aono and his fellow musicians will shape their sound moving forward. The newly released teaser visual features Aono playing the violin, illuminated by spotlight-like lighting.
