Voice actress Fairouz Ai has revealed a partial restriction of her professional activities following a diagnosis of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This announcement was made via her agency's official website on December 31.

The agency's statement expressed gratitude for the support received while explaining the situation:

"Fairouz Ai has been diagnosed with PTSD. Following medical advice, we have decided to prioritize her recovery and partially limit her activities. We deeply apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused to fans and related parties and kindly ask for your understanding."

Fairouz Ai herself addressed her fans on her social media platform X:

"To everyone who supports me, I was diagnosed with PTSD a few months ago. I’ve worked hard to meet expectations, but I’ve decided to focus on treatment for now. With the support of my agency and those around me, I will be limiting some of my activities temporarily."

"The cause is personal, so I ask for restraint from speculation or intrusive comments. I deeply apologize for causing concern to the amazing creators, fans, and production teams of the works and characters I hold dear. I feel both regretful and frustrated but will focus on recovery to stand before you all again with renewed strength."
