The sequel to the Chainsaw Man TV anime, the movie adaptation of the Reze Arc, is officially set to release in 2025. Alongside the announcement, a teaser trailer and two key visuals have been unveiled.

This announcement was made today, December 22, during the Jump Festa 2025 stage event. It was revealed that the movie will premiere during typhoon season in 2025, reflecting the story's thematic setting. The plot centers on Denji, who encounters a mysterious girl named Reze while taking shelter from the rain after an outing with his crush, Makima.

Two contrasting visuals were released for the movie: one featuring Chainsaw Man braving a powerful storm, exuding intensity and energy, and the other depicting Denji enjoying a lighthearted moment with Reze at her workplace, the café Nidou. These visuals provide a glimpse into the movie's blend of action and tender storytelling.

About Chainsaw Man

The Chainsaw Man series follows Denji, a young devil hunter bonded with the Chainsaw Devil, Pochita. Struggling with crushing debt, Denji makes a fateful contract with Pochita, transforming into Chainsaw Man, a devil-human hybrid who hunts devils in this dark hero action series.

Based on Tatsuki Fujimoto's manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since December 2018, the series has surpassed 30 million copies in circulation. Praised for its shocking twists and compelling mysteries, it topped the "This Manga is Amazing! 2021" rankings (Male Category).
