The TV anime "Honey Lemon Soda" is set to air from January 8, 2025, on Fuji TV's "+Ultra". Along with this announcement, the second PV and key visual have also been revealed.

The second PV takes a complete turn from the tearful first PV, where Uka expressed her feelings, instead featuring a pop soundtrack by &TEAM, who perform the opening and ending theme songs. The PV captures scenes of Uka starting her new life at Hamitsu High School, meeting Kai and her friends, and watching her school life brighten up. Additionally, voice actors for classmates surrounding Kai and Uka have been revealed for the first time: Ayumi Endo (voiced by Miyari Nemoto), Satoru Seto (voiced by Taku Yashiro), Tomoya Takamine (voiced by Sunichi Toki), and Kai's ex-girlfriend Serina Kanno (voiced by Rie Takahashi). The iconic quotes from Kai, which are beloved in the original manga, have finally been revealed.

About Honey Lemon Soda

The anime is based on the manga of the same name, serialized in "Ribon" (Shueisha). The story follows Uka Ishimori, who, in an attempt to change herself, enrolls in a high school known for its free-spirited environment. There, she meets Kai Miura, a popular classmate with lemon-colored hair, and gradually starts to grow. This coming-of-age romance has reached over 13 million copies in circulation and was adapted into a live-action film in 2021, starring Raul (Snow Man) and Ai Yoshikawa, with a reading performance by popular voice actors.
