It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime Solo Leveling: Season 2 - Arise from the Shadow will begin airing in January 2025.

Along with the announcement, the key visual for Season 2 was also revealed. It features the protagonist, Sung Jin-Woo, who has leveled up and become the "Shadow Monarch," as well as the "Shadow Soldiers" under his command, led by Igris. The visual has heightened fans' anticipation for the intense second chapter of the story.


◆Story
Several years have passed since the mysterious gates connecting different dimensions to our world suddenly appeared. In this new reality, humans known as “Hunters” awaken with superhuman abilities. Hunters make a living by conquering dungeons within these gates. Among the powerful Hunters, Sung Jin-Woo lived his life as an E-rank Hunter, often referred to as the "Weakest Weapon of Humanity."

One day, while exploring a low-rank dungeon, Jin-Woo stumbles upon a hidden high-rank double dungeon, where he sustains near-fatal injuries. At the brink of death, a mysterious quest window appears before him. Deciding to accept the quest, Jin-Woo gains the unique ability to "level up" on his own, marking the beginning of his extraordinary journey.
