Level-5 has announced that the film Inazuma Eleven: The Movie 2025, part of the Inazuma Eleven anime series, will be released in theaters nationwide, including Aeon Cinemas, on December 27, 2024.

Inazuma Eleven: The Movie 2025 is a special double-feature movie consisting of Inazuma Eleven Recap: Legendary Kickoff and Inazuma Eleven: Prologue to New Heroes.

This recap movie focuses on the matches from the first installment of the Inazuma Eleven series, specifically the Football Frontier Arc. The story follows the Raimon Junior High soccer team, led by the protagonist Mamoru Endou, as they aim to win the national Football Frontier tournament. With the help of the legendary striker Shuuya Gouenji, the team fights through intense battles and defeats formidable opponents to advance through the regional qualifiers. As they progress to the national stage, they are joined by former rival and genius playmaker Yuuto Kidou of Teikoku Academy. However, Raimon Junior High faces an overwhelming challenge when they encounter Zeus Junior High, a team with unparalleled strength.
