[Ice Skate] "ONE PIECE ON ICE" Live Streaming Announced: Shoma Uno as Luffy, Marin Honda as Vivi
It was announced on the 30th that the first ice show in the One Piece anime series, ONE PIECE ON ICE Episode of Arabasta, which will be performed again on September 7th and 8th at LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY, will be live-streamed. The noon and 5 PM performances on the 8th will be streamed live with multi-angle viewing via the online streaming service "Z-aN."
ONE PIECE ON ICE brings together skaters to perform in sync with the voice actors from the One Piece anime, showcasing skating that highlights the unique characteristics of each character. The show features the speed and dynamism unique to figure skating, breathtaking battle scenes performed by groups, and the world of One Piece brought to life with projection mapping and lighting effects.
Olympic medalist and Japan's first two-time world champion, Shoma Uno, who recently transitioned to a professional skater, will play the role of the protagonist Monkey D. Luffy. The Straw Hat crew will be represented by Keiji Tanaka as Roronoa Zoro, Miyu Honda as Nami, Nobunari Oda as Usopp, Koshiro Shimada as Sanji, and Rinka Watanabe as Chopper. Marin Honda will play Princess Vivi of the Arabasta Kingdom, Kazuki Tomono will play the leader of the rebel army, Koza, and Takahito Mura will portray Luffy's formidable enemy, Crocodile.
As a special finale, Hiroshi Kitadani will perform live, singing popular theme songs from the One Piece anime, including "We Are!", "We Go!", and "Aaahhh!" In addition, a new number featuring the entire cast will be introduced, making this a more powerful reenactment.
Multi-angle streaming tickets will be available for the live stream, allowing viewers to enjoy different expressions and performances from various angles at their convenience.
