The Seven Knights of the Marronnier Kingdom Reveals Main Visual and First Trailer Ahead of October 3 Premiere

The Seven Knights of the Marronnier Kingdom (JP: マロニエ王国の七人の騎士) will premiere on October 3 at 6:25 p.m. on NHK Educational TV, with new episodes airing every Saturday. The anime has also unveiled its main visual and first promotional video. The cast includes Kengo Takanashi, Makoto Tanigawa, Haruki Ishiya, Satoshi Inomata, Kiyoto Mizuno, Taishi Murata, Reiji Kawashima, Akino Watanabe, and Show Hayami.

The main visual depicts the seven brothers together with a view of the town as seen from the castle.

The Seven Brothers and Their Cast

The anime is based on the manga by Nao Iwamoto, which has been serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly Flowers since 2016. The series currently has 11 collected volumes and has also been translated and published in countries including France and Spain, gaining readers outside Japan as well.

The story takes place in the Marronnier Kingdom, located at the center of eight nations. Seven brothers who serve as knights are each dispatched as ambassadors to one of the seven other kingdoms, where they set out on journeys that lead them toward their destined partners.

Combining an expansive fantasy world with delicate portrayals of emotion, the fantasy romance follows the seven brothers through love and adventure.
