Episode 1 Story

At an industry conference regarding policies for dealing with magical abnormalities, Shigemoto proposes Magilumiere's new system, the "Alice System," but it is rejected due to a lack of a proven track record.

However, Shigemoto chooses a path to prove their capabilities by taking on a new project himself. While it presents a major opportunity, it is also a dangerous project involving industry power dynamics and ulterior motives.

Meanwhile, Koshigaya receives an ominous proposal regarding the mission from a certain individual. The content of the proposal could potentially shake the very existence of her father.

Work or beliefs? With each member carrying their own circumstances, the team heads toward an unknown threat.

Intoroduction

Kana Sakuragi, whose talent as a Magical Girl was discovered during her job hunt, joined the startup company Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. as a fresh graduate.

As a rookie Magical Girl, Kana works hard to exterminate the natural disasters known as "Calamities" alongside her eccentric senior colleagues, including Hitomi Koshigaya. Through her work, Kana realizes the corporate philosophy of Magilumiere, the value of human lives, and the responsibility of the job, achieving great growth both as a working professional and as a Magical Girl.

Six months after Kana joined the company... Magilumiere takes on the extermination of a new type of Calamity in order to spread their unique "Alice System" throughout the entire industry, a system where the Magical Girls themselves order the necessary magic depending on the situation on the ground and the nature of the Calamity.

However, behind the scenes, the motives of factions aiming to deregulate magical power and profit through Magical Girls are swirling...
