The trailer presents a series of striking scenes that hint at the turbulent story to come in the second cour. These include a tense moment in which the mysterious man Ivan, who is targeting Yuru, attacks Higashimura and confronts village elder Yamaha, as well as a scene where Kyoka entrusts Danji, Yuru’s childhood friend, with a certain mission.

A mysterious new character with an alienlike appearance also appears, along with Danji racing through the lower world alongside Oshira. Yuru’s line, “Enemy or ally?” further heightens anticipation for a story entering a new phase.
