Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli Face the Desert Crossing in 2nd STAGE
The 2nd STAGE continues from the 1st STAGE, which began streaming in March. The story follows Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli as they take on a desert crossing spanning roughly 750 miles. Within that desert lies a feared land known as the Devil’s Palm.
As unsettling incidents begin to unfold, the two are forced to realize that this race is far more than a simple athletic competition. The story follows Johnny and Gyro as they confront the 2nd STAGE, where various motives and schemes intersect.

A Horseback Race Across North America in Late Nineteenth Century America
As Part 7 of the series, Steel Ball Run is set in late nineteenth century America and depicts the first transcontinental horse race across North America in history. The protagonist, Johnny Joestar, is a former genius jockey who is paralyzed from the waist down. He forms a partnership with the mysterious outlaw Gyro Zeppeli and proceeds through the race together with him.
Behind the fierce competition for a massive prize, a terrifying conspiracy begins to take shape. The story follows the two as they press on toward the finish line.
The original manga was serialized from January 2004 to April 2011, and the anime’s 1st STAGE has been streaming since March.

About JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is based on the popular manga by Hirohiko Araki, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump, published by Shueisha, in 1987. The saga begins with the meeting of two boys, Jonathan Joestar and Dio Brando, and follows the bloodline and fate of the Joestar family across generations.
