The new key visual for Steel Ball Run, the latest entry in the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure anime series coming to Netflix worldwide in 2026, has been released. The series will also feature a dedicated booth at Jump Festa, held on December 20 and 21, where special programs including mini stage events with the cast and a stamp rally will take place. Participants in the rally will receive an exclusive SBR Jump Festa Commemorative Flag, along with a special SBR Event-Edition Newspaper to be distributed at the venue.

The newly announced cast includes Shogo Sakata as Johnny Joestar, Yohei Azakami as Gyro Zeppeli, Kaito Ishikawa as Diego Brando, Rie Takahashi as Lucy Steel, and Kenta Miyake as Steven Steel.

Set in late nineteenth century America, Part 7 centers on the first-ever transcontinental horse race across North America. The protagonist, Johnny Joestar, is a former prodigy jockey who has lost the use of his legs. He joins forces with the mysterious outlaw Gyro Zeppeli as the two challenge the grueling race together. Behind the battle for a massive prize lies a far-reaching conspiracy, and the story follows their struggle toward the finish line. The original manga was serialized from January 2004 to April 2011.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, created by Hirohiko Araki, first began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1987. The long-running saga portrays the intertwined destinies of the Joestar bloodline, beginning with the encounter between Jonathan Joestar and Dio Brando. With the theme of celebrating the human spirit, the series depicts courage in overcoming fear and adversity. Each part introduces a new protagonist, and the manga is currently running its ninth installment, The JOJOLands, in Ultra Jump. With over 120 million copies in circulation, the franchise is globally beloved for its striking poses, inventive sound effects, distinctive dialogue, and unique artistic worldview, leading to numerous adaptations across games, anime, live action films, and television dramas.
