In episode 6, Tanjiro and Zenitsu head to Himejima's training ground deep in the mountains, where they reunite with Inosuke and Murata. Tanjiro starts his training with waterfall meditation but struggles with the cold and heavy water. The story unfolds from there. The released scenes depict Zenitsu worn out from training, Tanjiro striving in his training, Inosuke eating fish without his boar mask, and the muscular Himejima.

"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" is based on the manga of the same name serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from February 2016 to May 2020, with the comics surpassing 150 million copies in circulation. Set in the Taisho era, the story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by demons. To turn his demon-transformed sister Nezuko back into a human and to avenge his family, he joins the Demon Slayer Corps and embarks on a journey.

The first season of the TV anime aired from April to September 2019, sparking popularity and becoming a social phenomenon. The movie "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train," which follows the final episode of the anime, was released in October 2020 and became a massive hit, surpassing 40 billion yen in domestic box office revenue. The second season, "Entertainment District Arc," aired from December 2021, and the third season, "Swordsmith Village Arc," followed in April 2023.
