Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc depicts the training sessions conducted by the Hashira for the Demon Slayer Corps, adding anime-original elements to the story that were not extensively covered in the original manga. The Demon Slayer Corps members training alongside Tanjiro will have significant moments, and their contributions may be seen in the upcoming battles against the Twelve Demon Moons and Muzan Kibutsuji in the Infinite Castle Arc.

Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc is based on episodes from volumes 15 to 16 of the original manga, in which Tanjiro and his comrades undergo further training from the corps' highest-ranking swordsmen, the Hashiras, to grow stronger. "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" is based on the manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from February 2016 to May 2020, which has become a hit with over 150 million copies of the comics sold.
