A total of 17 episodes have been released so far. Unlike the main anime series, the mini anime highlights heartwarming interactions between the deformed versions of the characters.
In Episode 20, Frieren, Fern, and Stark appear as the central trio. As a reward for completing a request, they obtain a spell that causes the hearts and bodies of two targets to switch places. The episode focuses on who ends up swapping with whom due to this magic.
The lighthearted exchange in this “Spell” series offers a contrast to the intense new story arc titled Revolte of Divine Skill, which begins on the 27th and depicts a tense battle against a powerful demon.
